I came to this work through years as a private chef, time as a newborn nanny, and a year apprenticing alongside a local midwife. I'm currently pregnant with my first baby so the support I'm offering is near and dear to my heart.
Food is at the center of what I do. I cook simply, organically, and free from seed oils, with Ayurvedic postpartum nutrition as my guide. Meals can be freshly prepared family-style, made exclusively for mama, or stocked in your freezer for the days ahead. I can cook in your home or mine, with drop-off available.
Beyond the kitchen, I offer light household support and attentive newborn care so you can rest without worry. I have packages for a baseline, but everything is customizable to your unique family needs.

2 visits per week · 4 hrs each
Each visit includes a fresh breakfast or lunch, a soup to carry you through the next couple of days, and something sweet. The rest of the time I'm there for whatever you need — holding the baby, tidying up, birth story sharing, or gentle nourishing touch.
Ingredients are sourced from local farmers markets and health food stores. Costs are separate from labor — budget approximately $250/week for just mama or $400/week for mama and partner.
Freezer Stock Day
A dedicated batch cooking session to stock your freezer before or after baby arrives. Each week includes 7 breakfasts, 14 lunches/dinners, and 2 desserts. Available in 1, 2, or 3 week packages. Scope and pricing customized to your family — inquire below.
